I'm an attorney. Are referral fees allowed under my Bar rules?

Most state Bar rules restrict cash-for-referral arrangements between attorneys and vendors. For attorneys we offer a non-monetary path: co-branded audits under your firm, white-label reports, and an optional 10% discount applied to your client instead of a fee to you. This stays within Model Rule 7.2 guidance. We can also sign a written agreement with the disclosure language your state requires.

Will you bypass me and sell directly to my client?

No. The agreement includes a 24-month non-circumvention clause from the date of referral. We don't market additional services to your clients outside the engagement scope without informing you first.

How do I track which clients I referred?

Each partner gets a unique tracking link and a partner code. Both work — clients arriving via your link, or named by you in an email introduction, are attributed to you. We send a monthly report listing every active client tied to your account.

When and how do I get paid?

Net 30 after each client payment. Payouts on the 15th of the month. ACH for US partners, wire for international. Minimum payout threshold is $100 — anything below accumulates to the next cycle.

Do I have to give you exclusivity?

No. You can refer clients to other web vendors freely. We don't ask for exclusive arrangements and don't price-discriminate based on volume.

What if my client cancels?

Your share continues for the remaining months of the 24-month window only while the client is paying. If they cancel in month 6, you receive 6 months of share, not 24. There are no clawbacks for cancellations after the first 30 days.
